Whisky Grinn is a brand new upcoming rock n roll band from Brisbane, Australia. The trio consists of Zac Lynch (Lead Guitar/ Vocals), Brody Lynch (Bass Guitar), and Matt Mackenzie (Drums). Whisky Grinn draws a heavy influence from the classic rock n roll of the 60’s and 70’s, inspired by artists such as The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix and Led Zepplin. Combining a love of classic rock n roll and blues with the modern edge of the The White Stripes and Wolfmother.

The group started in September of 2017 playing there first show the following month at The Brightside. Taking advantage of a small amount of local hype, the group gigged hard throughout the end of 2017 and early 2018. They release their debut EP in March “Do You Speak Rock n Roll?” and quickly hit the road to promote pulling of a successful east coast tour.

Returning to Brisbane with a new spring in their step the group continued to work hard in Brisbane honing their sound playing shows around Toowoomba, The Gold Coast and Brisbane.

In May Whisky Grinn announced that their new single would be released in September with an American tour to follow.

Whisky Grinn’s new single comes out on the 24th of September with a launch being hosted at The Milk Factory alongside good friends The Cassowary’s, Kaloptic, and Headcage.
